Who we are
Peekschool. You can reach us at info@peekschool.com. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect when you ask for a demo
- Your name, school name, email address and phone number.
- Optionally, your approximate number of students and a short message.
- The time you chose, and the private link we email you to change or cancel it.
Please do not send us any pupil’s details. We never ask for them.
Why we use it
To arrange and run your demo, send you the confirmation and reminders, tell our team about your request, and follow up about Peekschool. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before you become a customer, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Who sees it
Our team, and the service providers that run the website and send email for us (our hosting provider and our email delivery provider). We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Demo requests, and the bookings attached to them, are deleted automatically 90 days after they arrive, or 90 days after the demo took place if that is later. If you register a school, your registration is kept as the agreement with your school describes.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics automatically on public marketing and school-registration pages to count visits and understand which pages help schools. Google Analytics may store cookies and process technical information such as browser, device and approximate location. We do not include your name, email, phone number, school name, form entries or private booking tokens in our analytics events. Private booking-management pages and authenticated portals are not measured.
Browser privacy settings, cookie restrictions and content blockers may prevent analytics from loading. Registration and booking continue to work when analytics is unavailable.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email info@peekschool.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date above.
